From crisis to success: motivate and lead the team after a disappointment

All of us, after a disappointment or a defeat, tend to create alibis to find excuses. The motivations that have driven us up to that moment to fight for our goals are no longer there, with the risk of falling and losing that necessary push to restart and get back in the game.
Thanks to the intervention of Sandro Campagna, coach of the Italian National Water Polo Team, we will understand how to overcome the difficulties, how to face the defeats and how a leader can and must react to find the right cohesion within the team, the right motivation, to set new and more challenging goals to achieve.
