The retail sector, already in transformation before the Pandemic, continues to evolve to better meet the needs of the market and new consumer habits. Technology, in-store innovations, more and more immersive experiences in all touchpoints - in addition to the triumph of eCommerce - have totally changed the face of the store, whose future is under construction. 
 
What are the main challenges for retail in the future? Which innovations will mark the store the most? Who is already interpreting and making the most of the new means available to the sector? 
 
In this meeting, participants will be able to discuss with Jonathan Reynolds, Director of the Oxford Institute of Retail Management, who, also through concrete cases, will illustrate the main challenges of the sector in the post-pandemic recovery. From technology, to sustainability, to innovations in the supply chain, as well as their interconnection, Jonathan Reynolds will show us the future prospects of the retail world.
