Hybrid workplace is confronting leaders with new challenges in people management. Labour flexibility is fast becoming a tool for recruiting and retaining the workforce but, at the same time, it brings some challenges. On the one hand, in fact, these new work models can produce a highly engaged and committed workforce but, at the same time, require different organizational practices and leadership models than in the past.
 
In this webinar Barbara Larson, international expert who has been focusing for years on the best practices of smart and hybrid working, will share the state of the art of hybrid work in Italy and in the world, highlighting the actions that all leaders can take to implement a successful transition to a hybrid work environment.
 
Specifically, participants will be able to address:
