Emotional Intelligence refers to the ability to recognize, understand and manage one’s own emotions, as well as the ability to interpret those of others. In practice, this ability translates into the awareness of having to govern emotions to avoid negative impacts and, indeed, to benefit from them, both at the relational and performance level.

It is evident, therefore, how to develop Emotional Intelligence is essential in working life, to create relational harmony, to better coordinate activities and maintain high performance.

But how to become more aware of our emotional responses? How to interpret the emotions of others? 

During this meeting, we will try to understand how best to manage our and others' emotional reactions, making it a key tool for improving relationships and performance. Understanding the potential is therefore crucial for managers who want to effectively lead the work teams.

  • Giuliano Trenti, CEO of Neurexplore, will help us understand our unconscious reactions to external stimuli, explaining how these translate into emotions and guide our behavior, also towards others
  • Francesca Dallapè, Diver and Olympic champion, will give us her testimony explaining, concretely, how to get in tune with the emotions of the other and how this is fundamental, as well as a real impetus, for success.
