Workplace is undergoing deep changes. On the one hand, technological disruption transforms everything. From work-tools and the way we communicate, to the very existence of certain jobs. On the other hand, a new focus on extremely “human” concepts — such as wellbeing, purpose, training, inclusion and increasingly shared leadership models — is emerging.

Global HR Directors, Academic Representatives and world-renowned Experts are speaking at the HR Global Summit to share their experiences, visions and possible solutions to the most important HR challenges.

This HR Global Summit aims to offer participants the opportunity to focus on their own organisations in order to lead them better, highlighting current and future HR trends, the role of new technologies and the management of intergenerational dialogue.

In particular, participants will be able to explore the following aspects:

the impact of Artificial Intelligence on HR among opportunities, trust and mistrust
