Jacopo Cavalli, Head of Communications of Virtus Pallacanestro Bologna, will talk about the strategies he used, both internally and externally, to build an effective communication strategy. Through his experience, he will in fact analyze how to identify his strengths to build a communication that is truly distinctive.

Luca Vullo, communication expert, will give some input on how to become good communicators in life and at work. He will highlight how the effectiveness of communication is not simply linked to verbal language, but must instead be a combination of verbal, non-verbal and paraverbal language. Through practical exercises, he will explain the importance of the use of the body and gestures but also how fundamental it is to develop emotional intelligence to empathize with the recipient and to mark the message.
