In the current context of digital transformation, organizations should not consider new technologies in isolation, but as tools that allow them to create an ever-increasing "digital density" within them.
How can an organization become exponentially data-driven by transforming connected data into new sources of value creation and acquisition? What skills should it leverage? And how can AI provide the tools to accelerate this process?
In this meeting, thanks to specific models and case studies, Digital Transformation expert Javier Zamora will show how the key to a company’s digital success lies in its ability to transform according to the environment, that is, in being able to migrate to a type of organization that can "change by design", making more malleable structures and processes thanks to the management of six meta-strategic and digital skills and the opportunities offered by AI.
Participants will learn more about:

tools for the re-design of technological and digital infrastructures
the six meta-skills to rethink business and organizational models
Amazon, Spotify, Microsoft and others: the example of who has successfully transformed.
