The last years have been characterized by strong uncertainty on a large scale, highlighting the fragilities of global supply chains. This has imposed reflections and a general rethinking of the relevant strategies with a single objective: bringing certainty back into one of the most strategic functional areas.

How to rethink global Supply Chains? What were the biggest problems and the most effective solutions to confront with the new Supply Chain Management challenges?

The objective of the meeting is to offer participants the opportunity to discuss Supply Chain Management best practices, the strategies from which companies are benefiting most and the complex, constantly evolving scenario in which they find themselves operating.
