After relatively stable and predictable decades, executives today face a turbulent and uncertain future. This has made successful leadership approaches obsolete and ineffective until a few years ago, with negative consequences even in terms of stress and personal serenity. It is therefore necessary to reprogram your approach and your managerial styles to achieve continue to be "decisive" while safeguarding your mental well-being.
 
What attitudes to develop to face "well" uncertainty? How to be a point of reference even in times of rapid changes? How to preserve your well-being even in the pursuit of complex goals?
 
The aim of this meeting is to offer an opportunity to reflect on the changes needed to continue to be effective guides for their organizations, able to offer concrete value without compromising their mental well-being. To do so, they will be able to compare themselves with Murielle Machiels, Executive Coach and Academic Director at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, who will offer ideas on how to "re-plan" to become leaders more suited to this period of great transformations and changes.
 
In particular, the meeting will focus on

  • how to re-plan to face an increasingly uncertain and frenetic world
  • do more with less: remain effective in an era of time and scarce resources
  • Executive and wellbeing: happiness, success and work-life balance.
