Sport, in its many facets, offers many ideas and reflections that are also useful in the workplace. The aim of this meeting is to offer a selection of ideas, metaphors and experiences for all those who find themselves managing composite work groups, the difficulties of performance and, ultimately, the need to compete to always stay at the top.
 
What lies behind the construction of a reality of excellence? How to manage and motivate an inclusive team? How to keep your own and your team's performance high?
 
In the afternoon, the meeting will be structured in two parts. In the first, participants will have the opportunity to meet with the President of Trentino Volley Bruno Da Re, who will reveal some of the challenges linked to his role and the virtuous practices that allow his club to remain firmly at the top of European volleyball. The second part will focus on the debate moderated by the volleyball champion Andrea Zorzi, who will discuss with the Olympic diver Francesca Dallapé and the coach of the women's Trentino Volley Davide Mazzanti (already European champion with the Italian national team). Through reflections from different worlds and roles - coach and athlete, team and individual - complex and current issues such as diversity within the team, the search for performance and the yearning for "victory" will be addressed. Indeed, topics of great relevance also for the world of work.
 
In the evening, however, participants will be able to experience the evocative atmosphere of the Il T Quotidiano Arena (formerly PalaTrento) in one of the most important matches of the sporting season: the Itas Trentino-Allianz Milano match.
