The ability to communicate and present one's ideas has always been central for those with great responsibility who must interface with a multitude of stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
 
This meeting will focus on "how to say" rather than "what to say". Techniques of expression, gestures, body movements, postures, voice modulation, use of gaze and silence will be analyzed, emphasizing the influence that nonverbal language has on communication.
 
How do you make a presentation assertive, convincing and captivating to the audience? How to make the message you want to communicate to clients, suppliers or colleagues more impactful?
 
Participants will explore the topic of nonverbal communication with Jeff Cabili, instructor of Effective Nonverbal Communication at Stanford. The differentiating element of this meeting on an ever-present topic is precisely the experience of an accomplished communicator based in one of the most dynamic and innovative hotbeds in the world: Silicon Valley.
 
The topics that will be explored are:

  • making one's nonverbal communication effective: techniques of expression, use of body language and voice
  • what to learn from the Silicon Valley startup world.
