Bringing AI - and especially generative AI - into a non-digital native company can prove to be a complex challenge, even detrimental if not addressed correctly. To overcome the risk, it is not enough to acquire one of the AI tools made available by Big Tech, but it is necessary to have a concrete understanding of how these tools work and what they can really help companies with.    
   
Why is it important to understand how the AI mental model works before implementing it into the company? Why has AI integration been a failure in some cases and a success in others? What are the best applications of Generative AI already in use in the company?  
   
The aim of this meeting is to offer participants an opportunity to reflect on the prospects of Generative AI in the company and the inevitable challenges to be overcome in its implementation. They will be able to do so by talking with Jacopo Tagliabue, professor at New York University and tech entrepreneur between the American East and West Coasts, who will share his experience both as a researcher in the field of AI and as a startupper in a place where innovation begins, such as the Silicon Valley. The meeting will be structured as follows:

• understanding generative AI system thinking: relationship between input and output, application horizons, how to ask the right questions 
• AI friend or foe? Success stories and mistakes in different industries and business functions  
• is AI only for scientists? How to acquire 'critical' knowledge to better understand Generative AI tools.
