 Strategy and GenIA: a practical framework for adopting it, avoiding the most common mistakes (with networking lunch)

This meeting will offer participants an opportunity to reflect on their strategies for adopting AI. An occasion to reflect on what can realistically be solved or improved with AI and what cannot, an often overlooked step and the basis of the main failures in AI adoption strategies. The participants will be able to delve deeper into a framework to keep in mind when building their own strategies and concrete examples to bring back to the company.
 
In particular, participants will be able to deepen:

  • AI failures: why AI adoption strategies often fail even before what to do to avoid it
  • the current technological opportunities and limits of AI
  • a possible strategic approach to GenIA: problem-centric, people-first and principle-driven
  • the practical DARE framework (Decompose, Analyze, Realize, Evaluate) - for a correct implementation of Generative AI.
