This meeting will provide an opportunity for participants to engage with four women leaders who will share their experiences and insights on important topics such as career development, gender equity, and female leadership.
 
Federica Di Michele, People and Culture Director at Coca-Cola HBC Italia; Carolina Vergnano, CEO of Caffè Vergnano; Clara Silvestri, CFO/GM Finance Western Europe at Microsoft; and Gabriella Vacca, CTO Italy & Group Director Enterprise Technology Solutions at Sky will share their experiences as women who have excelled in their respective fields. They will also discuss how to facilitate similar career paths for more women.
 
The discussions will specifically cover:

• achieving a balance between work and personal life, focusing on the female experience
• how a positive attitude can impact a woman's leadership, in terms of opportunities and obstacles
• the remaining gender and multicultural differences in the workplace
• the significance of language and overcoming gender biases.
