In this meeting we will go beyond the commonplaces related to AI to better understand in practice how it can be a lever of one's critical sense, to develop more innovative leadership capable of making better decisions. The consequences, both positive and negative, that increasing use of AI can have on leaders' skills related to decision-making and predictive capabilities will also be addressed. 
Participants, following the meeting will have: 

• delved into how to use Generative AI at work by integrating it into their decision-making processes to the fullest and without weakening their critical thinking but rather enhancing it 
• a greater understanding of the “hidden” impacts of generative AI on one's soft skills, to avoid the negative ones and maximize the negative ones 
• a set of practical examples and advice to be inspired by in approaching generative AI.
