Artificial intelligence and the future of human resources: Google’s vision (with networking lunch)

Sede da definire MILANO

In this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to engage with Fiona Cicconi, Chief People Officer at Google, on the trends and transformations shaping the future of the workplace.

The discussion will then focus on the profound impact of artificial intelligence on the HR function and how companies can adapt. On one hand, there is a need to understand how to manage and support a workforce that will inevitably include AI as an integral part; on the other hand, it is necessary to transform the HR function itself, leveraging artificial intelligence to boost productivity and focusing more on what truly matters—people.

Following the meeting, participants will gain:

  • insights from a global executive on the trends shaping the future of work, providing inspiration and readiness for future challenges and opportunities
  • a deeper understanding of Google’s strategy for managing an AI-powered workforce, offering inspiration for their own company strategies
  • practical examples of how Google is using AI to transform its HR function, serving as a model to harness the pervasive power of artificial intelligence within their own organizations.
