Disabilities as a source of competitive advantage: hiring people with disabilities can significantly improve an organization

Organizations often focus on ethical aspects and D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) when considering the inclusion of people with disabilities in their workforce. However, the experience of the most innovative companies in this area reveals benefits that go far beyond reputation, sparking virtuous cycles related to cohesion, innovation, and employee retention.
This event is an opportunity to reflect on the potential and benefits of embracing disability within an organization and the often-overlooked value it can bring to a company.
Specifically, participants will be able to explore:

  • cases of companies that have implemented innovative approaches to disability and the positive changes these have brought, providing insights to apply within their own organizations
  • understanding how these practices have made people more cooperative and innovative, and how to replicate these dynamics in their own companies
  • a deeper understanding of the reputational aspects related to greater inclusivity, in terms of increased attractiveness not only to employees but also to customers, investors, and talent.
