AGGIORNAMENTO PERMANENTE
IN PERSON
Negotiating in critical situations and with “difficult” people: from police experience to the cusiness world (with networking lunch)

Sede da definire VERONA

This event will be a unique opportunity to explore the techniques and experiences of a high-risk negotiation expert, offering examples and frameworks that can also be applied to corporate negotiation dynamics.
During the event, by exploring both theoretical models and real-world applications, participants will learn how techniques used in high-tension situations can be adapted to improve communication and negotiation skills in business contexts.
Specifically, participants will:

  • reflect on handling difficult conversations and negotiations, with a focus on managing emotions, reducing stress, and building trust to enhance the effectiveness of both internal and external dialogues, preventing and resolving conflicts
  • deepen their understanding of strategies for dealing with “difficult” or hostile individuals, using examples from kidnapping and hostage scenarios, and gaining tools to manage even the most challenging interlocutors
  • gain awareness of the most common mistakes that hinder negotiations under pressure (phrases, behaviors, attitudes), to prevent them and avoid self-sabotaging negotiations.
