The 80/20 method of effective communication: how to convince the interlocutor and read hidden feedbacks

Even when one is able to give a speech in public, there may not be a lot of unpleasant feelings behind it: agitation, sweating, anxiety, but these can be controlled with the right techniques.  
 
Moreover, often, one is convinced to give a persuasive speech, but how can you read the real feedback of the listener? What are the signs that tell us whether we have actually been persuasive? 
 
Voice, attitude, pauses, so many details that can be improved and optimized to reach the Paretian level of communication: minimum effort, maximum yield, with the 80/20 method: 80% of the result depends on 20% of the communication. Even when one is able to deliver a speech in public, there may not be many unpleasant feelings behind it: agitation, sweating, anxiety, but these can be controlled with the right techniques.  
 
By the end of the meeting, participants will have: 

  • experienced the 80/20 method: how to be effective without too much effort and factors to watch for to maximize persuasiveness
  • delved into the charismatic use of voice, gaze, posture, gestures 
  • learned useful techniques for managing the anxiety that often accompanies "important" speeches 
  • tested how to read hidden body language to understand audience feedback.
