Sede da definire ROMA

For leaders engaging with multiple stakeholders, effective communication is essential for building strategic relationships and successfully leading teams and projects.

Drawing from practical insights from one of the world's most dynamic and innovative regions, Silicon Valley, participants will explore key elements of non-verbal communication, such as gestures, voice modulation, and the strategic use of silence.

Participants will engage in a series of exercises aimed at reflecting on how these elements influence the perception and effectiveness of their message, transforming a simple presentation into an engaging and memorable experience.

During the session, participants will specifically delve into:

  • how to optimize non-verbal communication: expressive techniques, the use of body language, and voice
