Team, Performance, Excellence: the experience of the "Frecce Tricolori" (with Networking Lunch)
The meeting will offer participants a unique opportunity to discover more closely the National Aerobatic Team (PAN) of the "Frecce Tricolori," an international excellence and pride of the Italian Air Force.
Participants will spend two hours with Lieutenant Colonel Massimiliano Salvatore, the commander of the formation until last December, who will share his comprehensive experience in various roles within the team: from wingman to solo to commander.

Lieutenant Colonel Salvatore will explain the dynamics of this team of excellence. In the second part of the meeting, he will share behind-the-scenes insights from the most significant international tour ever undertaken by the Frecce Tricolori.
Specifically, participants will delve into:

• teamwork and performance in the experience of the Frecce Tricolori
• the roles of pilots and other key roles within the PAN
• the skills required and the selection process for team members
• the PAN's North America Tour 2024
