In the company, as in life, ethics and honesty are becoming increasingly central issues. Both organizations and managers increasingly want to position themselves in a responsible and socially positive way, placing ethical principles at the basis of their choices. The aim is to find a synthesis between managerial and moral reasons, but deciding which principles to adopt and how to implement them is not easy.
The aim of the meeting is to help managers to understand how to identify and effectively adopt more ethical behaviors, both at the personal level and in the organization of which you are part. Through the contribution of a legislator and an expert in business reality, we will address the issue from different points of view, to give participants a comprehensive view on how ethics and honesty in the company can be the key to being a better person and manager.

In particular, the following topics will be addressed:

• Piercamillo Davigo, one of the most important magistrates in recent Italian history, will address the issue of ethics and honesty, taking its cue from his professional experience. Through numerous examples from the legal world, it will highlight the key points, also in common with managers and companies.
• Marco Grazioli, an expert in organizational behaviour, will decline the argument by illustrating practices, virtuous managerial behaviour, and offering a key reading on the importance of ethics and honesty as accelerators of efficiency and effectiveness in the company.
