At a time of great changes in the market and in people’s consumption habits, one wonders which marketing strategies can be successful. Trends such as customization, sustainability, experiential marketing, correct use of social media, Artificial intelligence and automation are all ingredients of new business models. They are growth engines that can not be disregarded to ensure a future as successful as possible, in an uncertain and constantly evolving economic and social context.
 
The ability to understand and fully deploy the opportunities that digital transformation offers to marketing will be central to this phase. Understanding, also through concrete examples of application, how digitalization is revolutionizing marketing strategies becomes in fact an essential step for anyone who wants to respond successfully to the challenges of the contemporary market.
 
Thanks to the presence of Bernard Meunier, Head of Strategic Business Units and Marketing and Sales at Nestlé, we will discuss how to take advantage of consumer technologies and trends, starting from the field experience of one of the world’s largest groups. We will also focus on the role of innovation as a motor for the development of marketing, in addition to its core products and with a view to sustainable development.
