The 2024 edition of the Leadership Global Summit will offer the opportunity to discuss models and stories of leadership, seeking a common key to decode the new challenges that all leaders face in an era characterized by uncertainty and great changes.

What are the challenges for leaders in an era of change? What are the most effective answers and models for interpreting the role of a leader and projecting oneself better into the future?

The objective of this Summit is to offer participants the opportunity to reflect and discuss these questions and the transformative effects that turbulent times have on the role of the leader. Thanks to the discussion with protagonists belonging to different sectors: world-renowned experts, academics from leading Business Schools and international executives, the participants will have the opportunity to delve into experiences, evidence and use cases to enrich their personal and professional journey.
