L’edizione 2024 del Leadership Global Summit offrirà l’opportunità di confrontarsi su modelli e storie di leadership, cercando una chiave comune con cui decifrare le nuove sfide che tutti i leader si trovano ad affrontare in un’epoca caratterizzata da incertezza, grandi cambiamenti .
Quali sono le sfide per i leader in un'epoca di simili cambiamenti ? Quali le risposte e i modelli più efficaci per interpretare il ruolo di leader e proiettarsi al meglio nel futuro?
Obiettivo di questo Summit è di offrire ai partecipanti l’occasione di riflettere e confrontarsi su queste domande e sugli effetti trasformativi che i tempi turbolenti hanno sul ruolo del leader. Grazie al confronto con protagonisti provenienti da diverse realtà: esperti di fama mondiale, accademici di primarie Business School ed Executive internazionali, i partecipanti avranno modo di approfondire esperienze, evidenze e testimonianze dirette per arricchire il proprio bagaglio personale e professionale.
