The "analogue" people will probably not - at least in the short term - be surpassed by AI, but they will certainly be surpassed by those capable of making the best use of this technology, especially in its new meaning of 'generative AI' brought to success by ChatGPT. It will therefore be the use of these new tools that will make the difference for companies. The challenge is therefore in the knowledge of their potential but, above all, in the human-machine relationship, which is indispensable so that people in organisations know how to make the most of them without risk and with the awareness, and confidence, required.
