Giusti, the oldest vinegar producer in the world, has always combined heritage, product excellence, and innovation.
 
The company, in exponential growth, projects itself into the future thanks to new retail formats and a glocal approach to the valorization of the historical and cultural heritage that it carries forward, in Italy as well as in foreign markets.
 
A "history" that has been enriched with a new production plant, a new headquarters, and the Giusti Museum, a thematic itinerary that tells the thousand-year history of Modena Balsamic Vinegar and the secrets of its production
 
This meeting aims to provide a closer look at the production and history of one of the most appreciated Made in Italy excellences - the balsamic vinegar of Modena - also thanks to the meeting with the CEO Claudio Stefani Giusti. It will also be possible to visit the Acetaia, the barrel aging warehouse, and participate in the guided experience with the Vinegar-Master of Casa Giusti.
