Scaling innovation: how winning organizations innovate

This meeting represents an opportunity for participants to explore bottom-up innovation models as a strategic asset for organizations.
Participants will be able to discuss the creation (or refinement) of an organizational model that fully leverages the skills of internal resources at all levels, stimulating concrete solutions aimed at addressing real operational challenges within the company.
A bottom-up innovation model which turns into a top-down for scalable projects and enables ideas generated in the field to become strategic solutions for the entire organization. These solutions can then be integrated, through top-level endorsement, into the company's long-term vision.

In particular, participants will be able to deepen:

The management of scalable projects and the transition from bottom-up to top-down
How to foster a bottom-up innovation ecosystem to achieve operational (short-term) and strategic (long-term) solutions
The benefits of organizational design
Best practices.
